purchased the Island Splash flavor and absolutely love it! Super easy to drink, I can get it down in the 15 minutes no problem. I’ve also tried the unflavoured version, but didn’t enjoy the taste on its own. Island Splash makes it way more enjoyable and something I actually look forward to.

I bought it at first to try and now use it in place of energy drinks, the lemon iced tea is tasty and works fantastic without all the sugars that come with regular energy drinks. I still have my pre-workout that I use, but this is just nice to sip on through my day
