Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team via email@example.com and we will replace the item or provide a full refund after reviewing the request.
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. You can simply repurchase the item in your desired color and /or size by using store credit issued.
You can ship with any carrier of your choice. You can also have the option to get a return shipping label from us and the cost will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), you will be receiving the store credit within 3-5 business days.
Returns due to an undeliverable address or refused by you, the purchaser at the time of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our website will exactly match the color of the product or elements of any design. If you have any questions about a particular color or shade, please contact us prior to ordering for clarification.
