Return Policy

• With limited exceptions, all returns are refunded via store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days after the returned package is received at our warehouse.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the return shipping charge; with limited exceptions.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant or wear.
• Items marked as “clearance or final sale” are non-returnable. Any items discounted at 30% off or more are considered to be final sale and cannot be returned.
• Items purchased at an event/expo are non-returnable or refundable; all sales are final at any type of events
• Items purchased at our retailers can only be returned to or refunded at our retailers.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team via store@highdefinitionsupplements.ca and we will replace the item or provide a full refund after reviewing the request. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this moment. You can simply repurchase the item in your desired color and /or size by using store credit issued.

• Refund to the original payment method (only if the item is faulty or incorrect)

Return Shipping Methods

You can ship with any carrier of your choice. You can also have the option to get a return shipping label from us and the cost will be deducted from the store credit issued. 

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), you will be receiving the store credit within 3-5 business days. 

Restocking Fee

Returns due to an undeliverable address or refused by you, the purchaser at the time of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Due to variations in monitor settings, High Definition Supplements assumes no responsibility and makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product or production, either within an order or in a reorder. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our website will exactly match the color of the product or elements of any design. If you have any questions about a particular color or shade, please contact us prior to ordering for clarification.
Note that like-named colors used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles (i.e. Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other
