To ensure that your package is delivered within the suggested time frames, please make sure that you enter your shipping information correctly. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect.
All packages are shipped from Canada. Customers ordering outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes vary from country to country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon delivery and the package is returned back to High Definition Supplements, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from any credit issued.

All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after the payment is verified. Often only a few hours!

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from High Definition, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of shipping the package back to us. The amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and you are responsible for tracking your parcel.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If your package was delivered based on tracking information but you have not received it, please Contact Us within 10 days to submit a claim.
